The Orienta Group was founded in 1993 and since then we have been working for the growth of people, to be an engine of innovation in human resources.

We specialize in personnel administration, search and selection services, staffing, training and outsourcing and executive search with Exeor.

Passion, commitment, customer orientation and consistency in achieving goals have guided us for over 25 years: today we have over 55 branches in Italy, 4 in Poland, 2 in Switzerland and 4 in the Czech Republic.

In 2016, it was included in the Elite Program of Borsa Italiana, the international platform of the London Stock Exchange Group created with the aim of supporting the best Italian companies in an increasingly synergistic way and which aims to accelerate the growth of companies through an innovative path of organizational development.

In 2021, Orienta was the first employment agency to become a for-profit company, with the commitment to pursue social, environmental and territorial objectives and goals. Also in 2021, it was the first employment agency to obtain the Dyslexia Friendly recognition from AID, the Italian Dyslexia Association.

Orienta's expansion into European markets began in 2015 with the birth of Orienta Polska. With branches in the cities of Wroclaw, Katowice, Warsaw and Łódź, the Group's new company handles the Polish territory. As an employment agency, Orienta Polska offers temporary and permanent placement, personnel search and selection, and training services.

In 2021, the Orienta Group opened new branches in Lugano and Bellinzona, giving life to Orienta Switzerland. Orienta Czech is being introduced in the Czech Republic in 2021, promoting and expanding Orienta's area of operation on the continent. Orienta Czech's offices in Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň and Prague are aligned with other Group companies on key issues such as training of future candidates, staffing and temporary work. In addition, they deal with the aerospace and aviation sectors with particular care.
